The fifth annual Patriot Place Chili Bowl Cook Off presented by Bass Pro Shops will combine chili and celebrities for charity. Patriots’ defensive end Rob Ninkovich and Patriots Alumni President Peter Brock will join Captain Dave Carraro, Captain Bill “Hollywood” Munitz, First Mate Sandro Maniaci and Pilot March Brochure from National Geographic’s hit TV show, “Wicked Tuna,” as the event’s celebrity judges. The judges will taste chili samples from nine participating Patriot Place restaurants and vote on which restaurant served the chili worthy of the Judges’ Award. An additional Fan Favorite Award will be given to the restaurant that receives the most votes from guests in attendance during the event. Admission is $5 with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the Hockomock Area YMCA’s Reach Out For Youth & Families Campaign.
