Brigham and Women’s/Mass General Health Care Center in Foxborough is offering complimentary and educational health and wellness events throughout this fall; classes are presented by BWH or MGH providers and take place in the 2nd floor Conference Room at our Center located at 20 Patriot Place, in Foxborough, MA. Foot and Ankle Care: Common Conditions and Disorders
Date: Wednesday, October 28, 7-8:30 p.m.

This class will discuss topics including sports injuries, sprains and strains, tendon issues, arthritis, bunions, and other conditions that affect the feet and ankles.

Allergies: From Peanuts to Hay Fever

This class will cover food allergies and a common fall ailment, allergic rhinitis—more commonly known as hay fever, plus strategies to manage symptoms and the latest treatments.

Managing Low Back Pain

Presented by: David Boyce, MD

This class will discuss how pain is a disease and not only a symptom, the transition from acute to chronic pain, and the evaluation and treatment options that are available for low back pain.

Active Living with Incontinence
Date: Tuesday, November 10, 7-8:30 p.m.
Presented by: Graeme Steele, MD, FCS, FACS

This class will discuss management of overactive bladder and urinary incontinence and the role of diet and exercise in reducing the risk for urological issues.

Brigham and Women’s/Mass General Health Care Center at Foxborough is located at Patriot Place, next to Gillette Stadium. The Health Care Center provides a comfortable and convenient location for both primary care and specialist services, including cardiology, dermatology, general and gastrointestinal surgery, orthopedic surgery, pain management, plastic surgery, rehabilitation and sports medicine. The Center also offers diagnostic radiology and lab services as well as a day surgery suite and an Urgent Care Center. The Center is patient-focused, designed to support the needs of patients and their families. Designed for maximum patient convenience and care by locating many services under one roof, the Center enables both Brigham and Women’s and Mass General physicians to provide care to our many patients from the Foxborough area closer to home.  The Center is an important component of Patriot Place – a retail, dining and entertainment destination.
