Norwood Hospital will host a Pre-Pregnancy Planning Seminar on Wednesday, January 11th from 6-7pm in the Abraham Sieracki Conference Room at Norwood Hospital, 800 Washington Street, Norwood. Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Alice H. Shen, MD will discuss preparing for a healthy pregnancy, including good nutrition, fitness programs, immunizations, vitamin supplements and ovulation.
